About the event
Have you always wanted to have a go at throwing your own pots? Watched the Pottery Throwdown and dreamed of having a go on a potters wheel, well are introducing a taster potters wheel experience at The Craft Shed, Fobbing.
You will be shown the basics of clay work on a wheel, such as centring and how best to work the clay to produce 2 small pots.
The clay pieces are then left with us to dry and fire to turn them into bisque (pottery) and then you can return to paint your gorgeous creations for that perfect memory and most importantly a one of a kind piece.
The price includes the potters wheel experience plus your return visit to paint your piece and have it glazed and fired.
All sessions are for 30 minutes.
1 person in a session - £30 and makes 2 pots.
