Let Let us take the stress out of organising a birthday party for your birthday chilLet us take the stress out of organising a birthday party for your birthday child. The Baby Bear Small package consists of crafting a small bear. Party guests will stuff the bears themselves, design a t-shirt for their bear, make a special wish on a wishing heart, complete a birth certificate and get a special bag to take their bear home in. The birthday child gets a personalised birthday plate where we capture the finger prints of the children attending onto the keepsake plate. Please note the plate will be ready to collect a week after the party once it has been glazed and fired. There is also unlimited squash provided to the children attending. The price also includes exclusive use of our party room with a host looking after you throughout the party. The package is based on 10 children attending and we can cater for a maximum of 20-22 seated guests. More than 10 children are charged £12.50 each. Please note that our party room is upstairs and we only have one toilet on site which is situated downstairs. We don’t offer catering, but you are welcome to bring your own food in. Some have brought buffets in and others have gone to the local fast food restaurants in the town and brought it back to the studio. You are also welcome to bring in a birthday cake and don't worry if you forget the candles or knife to cut the cake as we have these at the studio. We will decorate the room with some party banners and a personalised board at the entrance of the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own decorations too. We have a stereo that we can play CD's on during the party, but you are welcome to bring musical devices if you wish. Please note that we don't have Wifi at the studio if your musical device(s) require this facility. If adults other than the birthday child's parents are staying and wish to have drinks please let us know if you wish to start a tab or require the adults to pay for their own. We require a 50% non refundable deposit which secures your booking. The remainder MUST be paid on the day of the party. Please let us know the name(s) of the birthday child/children to personalise their birthday. If children are unable to attend for any reason the price of the package still remains the same and no discounts will be offered. Party duration 1 hour 30 minutes
